ULTIMATE DREAM HOUSE

Projects like this are what solidify my love & passion for interiors and I feel super motivated to get to the level of doing up a place that looks just as incredible. If that makes sense.

I think I’ve mentioned in a previous post that James Aman is one of my interior design heroes. Maybe not in those exact words but he really is. I truly feel like even the most disinterested person (when it comes to decor) will be in awe of the absolute beauty that is this house! [not even exaggerating] This is my absolute dream house. I don’t know if you’ve noticed from my previous posts and Instagram account, but I have a very feminine taste and tend to go towards elegant/ neutral/ soft tones which this house screams.

Aside from the scary deer in the left corner, I wouldn’t change a thing here. I love the play on stripes in the different colours and how the blue tones kind of cuts down the feminine-ness (can’t think of a better word right now) of the room. I mean, it would still work without the blue but it definitely adds something to the design of the space. I love the use of lamps on the sides as opposed to the traditional side tables with lamps on them.

Another thing I’m absolutely obsessed with is the sofa table. I love the uniqueness of it within the space and how it stands out but also just works.

PS- look at the BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL close up of the coffee table. Honest work of art.

Important selfie mirror right there. Really though, I’m obsessed with the simplicity in the second design. The white walls & marble tiles work so well in bringing out the beauty of both console tables, mirror and the wall decor.

READING CORNER!!!! Everything about this picture is perfect. I’d even take the pink walls and curtains.

15/ 16 year old me would die for this room. I mean I’d still move in 100% but maybe less pink and more white/ beige and I’d probably lose the canopy. I feel like a sitting area is crucial to any bedroom, if you have the space that is, and this is perfect.
