So a few nights ago, I was scrolling down my twitter timeline while simultaneously watching The Originals (s/o if you watch it- btw does any one else have the same problem? I can literally never watch anything on my laptop or even on tv without being on my phone; on twitter or playing a game or wh-) when I got a notification that kanjuinteriors had followed my Instagram page . Naturally, I was curious so I tapped on the alert thus launching the app and then I went to their page.

The first thing that caught my attention was their bio which reads; ‘Exquisite, handcrafted, contemporary luxury interiors, fine arts and decor by African artisans’ so of course I had to follow back. You know, to support my fellow Africans.

Anyway, long story short, I came across so many cool stuff on their website, which I found the link to on their page, that I simply had to share. Enjoy!

I love how true to Africa these works are in terms of the traditional materials used, the styles and designs. I would love to work with these to do up some hotel or something. That was literally the first time that came to my mind. Of course, I’d be willing to snatch the items so fast for myself.

PS: HAPPY NEW MONTH. CAN YOU GUYS BELIEVE HOW FAST THIS YEAR IS GOING BY? It’s honestly scary.

PPS- It’s my birthday 🎉🎈tomorrow (in about 7 minutes) so this is my last post a 20 year old. Kind of sad thinking about it.
